2. Products, Compatibility & Pricing
Certain products (such as specific e-bike models) may be available exclusively online. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Spare parts listed on this site are matched to specific bike models. Please verify the model number and part number on your bike before ordering — parts for other models are not compatible and cannot be returned once fitted. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
4. Payment Terms
Orders are confirmed by our team, and payment instructions are sent by email. Full payment is due before dispatch. If payment is not received within a reasonable period, the order may be cancelled.
